Our condo is located in the quiet rear of the Paseo del Sol complex, overlooking the golf course in the Cenote building. We are on the 2nd floor (there are elevators in each building) and the view with the lush landscaping is like being in a tree house. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in almost 1500 sq/ft. We have a full kitchen (Italian design with slab granite counters), and a full size washer/dryer. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. Our condo accommodates 6 people comfortably.

Owners or their guests have free access to the Reef Club www.thereefplayacar.com directly across the street. The Reef Club, an ocean front resort, provides beach access as well as towels, lounge chairs, gym and tennis court access. For a fee (currently $40/day per person), in addition to the above, you have access to non-motorized beach toys (kayaks, Hobie catamarans, wind surfers), bicycles and all you can eat and drink (including alcoholic beverages) until 6pm. For an additional $40 per person, you can enjoy dinner, a night show and the disco which is open until 3am. There is also a dive center on site. Daily scuba dive and snorkel tours are available for a fee. In addition to this, there is boating, jet skiing and parasailing, all conveniently located across from our condo.

A beautiful 10 minute walk into town will lead you to the ferry docks as well as the famous ‘Quinta Avenida’ or 5th Avenue, of Playa. The Ferry runs hourly until 10pm between Cozumel and Playa del Carmen. This short ferry ride to Cozumel takes you to the 2nd longest reef system in the world, making Cozumel a destination diving and snorkeling paradise. 5th Avenue is a shopping and dining delight. A pedestrian only thoroughfare provides a festive atmosphere all day long. At night, the bars and restaurants have all types of live music and outdoor dining. The sound of different languages is everywhere. Playa del Carmen is truly an international destination and the food and shopping showcase this.
